It is also having very good resistance ability to intergranular corrosion after it gets exposed to the temperature in the chromium carbide precipitation that ranges temperature of 427 deg C to 816 Deg C. Also it is having very good creep and stress rupture property than other alloys. Additionally, it is possessing very good low-temperature toughness. Alloy 321 can’t be hardened through the heat treatment and only cold working technique is needed. It can be processed and welded through standard shop fabrication techniques.
